Repair Management

How We Help

Not all aircraft systems can be repaired or overhauled in-country. Some items require specialized skills. We can help coordinate the repair or overhaul of these parts by finding qualified repair stations for the item in question. We handle all the work for you.  We strive to get your parts returned promptly as possible while ensuring quality at the best possible price.

We handle shop selection, obtaining repair estimates, and return shipping arrangements.

If a warranty issue arises, we will work diligently to get it resolved for you quickly.

If you do not have a qualified repair facility in your country, we can arrange to have items shipped to an FAA/EASA authorized repair service to get you up and running as quickly as possible.

How It Works

Stage 1

Contact Us

Provide the part number of the item needing repair/overhaul and reason for removal.

Stage 2

Estimation

We can provide an estimated cost of repair or overhaul based on previous experiences. Actual costs will depend on the condition of your item after disassembly and inspection.

Stage 3

Send parts for Service

Parts can be sent to us for forwarding, or directly to the repair facility.

Stage 4

Repair or Overhaul

We will communicate with the repair facility about your decision to repair, overhaul, or consider B.E.R. (beyond economical repair) to ensure your part is being handled at a reasonable price. Items that can’t be repaired will be returned no work accomplished.

Stage 5

Shipping back

Repaired or overhauled parts will come to us to ensure expectations were met, and then we will ship them back to you.
